Originally built in 1922, the Oxbow building in Seattle’s Georgetown neighborhood is currently undergoing renovation and redevelopment. The mixed-use project’s scope includes a gallery/exhibit space, photo studio, kitchen and wood shop for Lockwood & Sons on the main level, and office space for the museum exhibit design company Belle & Wissell on the upper level.

In-between restaurants Ciudad and Bar Ciudad, Oxbow is located at 6118 12th Ave South and “is a place where diverse disciplines cross and collaborate — experimenting through art installations, performances, workshops, music, films, and lectures.” Learn more about the Oxbow story here.
