Designed by Suyama Peterson Deguchi Architects with contractors Krekow Jennings, the new Center for Architecture & Design at 1010 Western Avenue is now open.

“There’s a new place to see and discuss architecture, design, and urban planning in Seattle. In fact, it’s the only public venue for these dialogues and exhibitions, and it officially (but quietly) opened this week at 1010 Western Avenue—those people you see in the pictures got invited to the industry opening; the grand opening for the rest of us is March 5.” – Jen Graves, ‘The Stranger’
